Why it works
- Selling has its own block, because feast and famine comes from stopping when you are busy.
- Friday is for the business rather than for clients.
- The gym is first, since hotels and late dinners take the evenings.
Make it yours
- Travelling? Use the hotel room workout.
- Fully booked? Keep at least one hour of selling.
