How to Add Someone Else's Google Calendar to Yours
To add someone's Google Calendar, click the plus next to Other calendars, choose Subscribe to calendar and type their email address. If their calendar is not shared with you, Google offers to send them a request for access.
Step by step
- Open calendar.google.com on a computer.
- In the left column, click the plus next to Other calendars.
- Click Subscribe to calendar.
- Type their email address and pick the calendar.
- If you do not have access, send the request Google offers.
- Once they accept, tick the calendar in the left column to show it.
Good to know
- You only see what they allow, which can be just free and busy times.
- Untick a calendar to hide it without removing it.
- To remove it, open its settings and click Unsubscribe.
