How to Make a Google Calendar Public and Get the Link
To make a Google Calendar public, open its Settings and sharing page, tick Make available to public under Access permissions for events, confirm, and copy the shareable link. Every event on it can then be seen by anyone, including through search.
Step by step
- Open calendar.google.com on a computer.
- Point at the calendar, click the three dots and choose Settings and sharing.
- Under Access permissions for events, tick Make available to public.
- Read the warning and click OK.
- Choose See all event details or See only free/busy.
- Click Get shareable link and copy it.
Good to know
- Use a separate calendar for anything public, so your private events stay out of it.
- The Integrate calendar section on the same page has the code to embed it on a website.
- Some work and school accounts do not allow public calendars.
