5% of each payment on Free, 2% on Verified and Crew, and 0% on Pro and Brand. The fee follows your plan when the client pays, so upgrading makes every link you've sent 0%.
Do Stripe's fees still apply?
Yes. Stripe charges its normal card processing fees on your own account on every plan, the same as if you used Stripe directly.
Do I need a Stripe account?
You connect one from inside Cutline. Stripe takes you through its setup, which asks for your business details and a bank account. Cutline never sees them.
Where does the money go?
Straight to your own Stripe account, and from there to your bank on Stripe's payout schedule. It never passes through Cutline.
Which currencies can I charge in?
DKK, EUR, USD, SEK, NOK and GBP.
Can I sell on the free plan?
Yes. Selling is on every plan. On Free, Cutline keeps 5% of each payment; Pro takes that to 0%.
