Calendar how-tos
How to Subscribe to a Calendar on iPhone
To subscribe to a calendar on iPhone, open the Calendar app, tap Calendars, then Add Calendar, then Add Subscription Calendar, paste the address and confirm. The events then appear on the phone and keep updating by themselves.
Step by step
- Copy the address of the calendar. It usually ends in .ics.
- Open the Calendar app and tap Calendars.
- Tap Add Calendar, then Add Subscription Calendar.
- Paste the address and tap Find.
- Check the name and the color, then confirm.
Good to know
- Only subscribe to addresses you trust: a spam calendar arrives in the same way.
- Subscribed calendars are read-only.
