How to Delete and Restore Events in Google Calendar
To restore a deleted Google Calendar event, open Settings, go to the Bin (Trash) for that calendar, tick the event and click Restore. Deleted events stay there for about 30 days, and after that they are gone.
Step by step
- Open calendar.google.com on a computer.
- Click the gear and choose Bin (it can be called Trash).
- Choose the calendar in the left column.
- Point at the event and click Restore.
Good to know
- For a repeating event, you choose between deleting this one, this and the following ones, or all of them.
- If you are the organizer, guests can be told when you delete an event.
