Calendar how-tos
How to Publish an Outlook Calendar
To publish an Outlook calendar, go to Settings, Calendar, Shared calendars, choose the calendar and permission under Publish a calendar and click Publish. You then get an HTML link to view it in a browser and an ICS link to subscribe to it.
Step by step
- In Outlook on the web, open Settings.
- Go to Calendar, then Shared calendars.
- Under Publish a calendar, choose the calendar and the permission.
- Click Publish.
- Copy the HTML link or the ICS link.
Good to know
- An HTML link opens a read-only page in any browser.
- An ICS link lets another calendar app follow your calendar, and updates come through by themselves.
- Anyone who has the links can use them. Click Unpublish to stop them working.
