Calendar how-tos
How to See Your Outlook Calendar in Google Calendar
To see an Outlook calendar in Google Calendar, publish it from Outlook under Settings, Calendar, Shared calendars, copy the ICS link, then add it in Google Calendar under Other calendars, From URL. It is a one-way, read-only view.
Step by step
- In Outlook on the web, open Settings, then Calendar, then Shared calendars.
- Under Publish a calendar, choose the calendar and how much to show, then click Publish.
- Copy the ICS link.
- In Google Calendar on a computer, click the plus next to Other calendars.
- Choose From URL, paste the link and click Add calendar.
Good to know
- Anyone with the link can read it, so choose Can view when I'm busy if you only want to block time.
- Your organization may have switched publishing off.
