Calendar how-tos
How to Share an iPhone Calendar With a Public Link
To share an iPhone calendar by link, open the Calendar app, tap Calendars, tap the info button next to an iCloud calendar and turn on Public Calendar. Then tap Share Link and send it. Anyone with it can read the calendar, but not change it.
Step by step
- Open the Calendar app and tap Calendars.
- Tap the info button next to the iCloud calendar.
- Turn on Public Calendar.
- Tap Share Link and choose how to send it.
Good to know
- The link works in other calendar apps too, and they follow your changes.
- Keep private plans in another calendar: everyone with the link sees everything on this one.
