Start a YouTube channel

Start a YouTube channel: A channel can bring viewers for years, but only if you keep going long enough to get good. 1) Choose a topic you could talk about for 100 videos. 2) Look at what is already doing well in that topic, and note the titles. 3) Plan 10 videos: write the title and thumbnail idea first, then the video.

The steps

  1. Choose a topic you could talk about for 100 videos.
  2. Look at what is already doing well in that topic, and note the titles.
  3. Plan 10 videos: write the title and thumbnail idea first, then the video.
  4. Record the first one with your phone. It will not be good, and that is fine.
  5. Publish on a fixed day each week, for three months, before you judge anything.
  6. After each video, look at where people stopped watching, and fix that next time.
