Why it works
- Nothing else is planned on shift days, because you will not do it.
- Two short study blocks keep exams from piling up.
- Sunday is protected, since recovery is what keeps the rest possible.
Make it yours
- Your rota changes? Put in the shifts first each week, then move the rest around them.
- After a run of nights, swap the gym for a walk.
