Why it works
- Homework at the same time daily removes the "when will I do it" debate.
- Short daily review beats one long cram.
- A wind-down block protects the 8 to 10 hours of sleep teenagers need.
Make it yours
- Sport after school? Move homework to 19:00 and review to 21:00.
- Big test coming? Add a 45-minute block on the two days before.
