Why it works
- Training on days off keeps it from competing with 12-hour shifts.
- Meal prep on Sunday means the shift days have food ready.
- A short walk every evening helps winding down after long shifts.
Make it yours
- Night shifts? Put the shifts at 19:00 and move sleep to the morning; keep the same anchors.
- Rotating rota? Most rota tools offer a calendar feed: link it so shifts land in the Grid.

Questions
How do I plan training around 12-hour shifts?
Put it on days off, keep sessions short and fixed, and treat sleep before a shift as a block you do not move.
