A daily routine for entrepreneurs
A strong routine for entrepreneurs protects the hours that build the business: training or a walk first, three hours of deep work before messages, sales and outreach in one block, meetings after lunch, and a short shutdown that plans tomorrow. Copy it into Cutline in one sentence and adjust from there.
The routine
| Time | Block | Why |
|---|---|---|
| 06:30–07:30 | Training | Energy for the day, done before anything can cancel it |
| 08:00–11:00 | Deep work | The product, the pitch, the hard problem |
| 11:00–12:00 | Sales | Calls and replies while you are sharp |
| 12:00–13:00 | Lunch, away from the screen | |
| 13:00–14:00 | Outreach | 20 personal messages (the daily outreach block) |
| 14:00–16:00 | Meetings | Clustered, so the morning stays clean |
| 16:00–16:30 | Admin and email | |
| 16:30–16:45 | Shutdown | Tick off the day, plan tomorrow |
Type it: "gym weekdays 6:30, deep work weekdays 8-11, sales weekdays 11-12, outreach weekdays 13-14, meetings weekdays 14-16".
Rules that make it work
- No messages before the deep work block ends.
- Meetings only in the afternoon window. Say "I am free 14:00 to 16:00".
- One shutdown. Ten minutes that decide tomorrow, so the morning starts without decisions.
