You keep it until the period you paid for ends. - The free week costs nothing if you cancel before day 7. - Within 14 days of buying, you can withdraw and pay only for the days you used. - Cancel a plan - The free week - The 14-day right of withdrawal - Withdrawal form - Ads and payment links ## 01 Cancel a plan In the app: Settings → Plan and billing → Cancel , then confirm on Stripe's page. Nothing more is charged. You keep the plan, the badge and everything in it until the end of the period you have paid for, then the account goes back to Free. Your calendar, posts and CV stay. Changed your mind before the period ends? Resume in the same place. ## 02 The free week Cancel in Settings before the end of day 7 and you pay nothing. Cutline reminds you in the app two days before. If you do not cancel, Pro continues as a monthly plan renewing on the 1st; the first payment covers only the days until the 1st. ## 03 The 14-day right of withdrawal If you live in the EU and bought a plan as a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days of the purchase without giving a reason. You asked us to start your plan right away, so you pay for the days you had it and get the rest back. We refund within 14 days of hearing from you, to the card you paid with, at no cost to you. To withdraw, tell us clearly: write to us (below), or copy the form. Once an ad runs, the views delivered are not refundable; you can pause it any time. Bought something through a payment link? The seller is the person or business you paid, not Cutline.
