# The Crew Week

URL: https://gocutline.com/templates/team-week/

A weekly rhythm for small teams: a 30-minute standup every weekday at 09:00, three hours of uninterrupted deep work every weekday from 10:00, a team review on Friday at 16:00, and team training twice a week at 18:00.

## Why it works
- **A short daily standup** replaces a dozen ad hoc messages.
- **Shared deep work hours** mean nobody interrupts anybody until 13:00.
- **A Friday review** closes the week together.
- **Training together** builds the team outside the work.

## Make it a game
Everyone joins the [Arena](https://gocutline.com/features/accountability-app/), and Friday's review starts with the board.

## Use it
Open the [week builder](https://gocutline.com/#try), paste the line below and adjust the times to your life:

> Standup 30 min every weekday at 9, deep work 3h every weekday at 10, team review 1h Fri at 16, team gym 2x at 18

The week: Standup 30 min every weekday at 9, deep work 3h every weekday at 10, team review 1h Fri at 16, team gym 2x at 18

## Questions

**Is this for remote teams too?**
Yes. Run the standup and review on a call, and keep the deep work hours meeting-free for everyone.
