# Make an offer people say yes to

Make an offer people say yes to: One sentence that says who it is for, what they get, by when and for how much. 1) Pick one kind of person you can reach this week: "gym owners in my city", not "small businesses". 2) Write down the one result they would pay for. A result, not a service: "ten new members a month", not "social media". 3) Make it concrete: what they get, how long it takes and what it costs. One price, a round number.

## The steps
1. Pick one kind of person you can reach this week: "gym owners in my city", not "small businesses".
2. Write down the one result they would pay for. A result, not a service: "ten new members a month", not "social media".
3. Make it concrete: what they get, how long it takes and what it costs. One price, a round number.
4. Lower their risk with one thing you can keep: a small first version, a fixed date, or "you pay when it is done".
5. Say it out loud to someone who fits. If they ask "how?", the offer works. If they ask "what?", make it simpler.

## Your first move in Cutline
Plan it as one block: "write my offer mon 9-10". Paste the finished sentence into the block's notes.

## Copy this
> I help [who] get [result] in [time], for [price]. If [the risk they fear], [what you do about it].

## Ask an AI
Tap the box to copy the prompt. Put the answer in the block's notes.

```prompt
I can do [what I can do]. My skills: [list]. People I can reach this week: [who]. Write 5 offers of one sentence each: "I help [who] get [result] in [time] for [price]". Use concrete results, round prices and one way to lower their risk. Then tell me which one is easiest to sell to someone who has never heard of me, and why.
```

## Make it a block
[Add it to your week in Cutline](https://app.gocutline.com/?lib=playbooks/make-an-offer): the steps go into the block, so the next one is always written down.
