## Step by step
1. Outlook on the web: open **Settings**, then **Calendar**, then **View**.
2. Turn on **Show week numbers**.
3. Choose when the first week of the year starts.
4. Classic Outlook: **File**, **Options**, **Calendar**, then tick **Show week numbers in the Month view and Date Navigator**.

## Good to know
- Most of Europe uses ISO weeks: choose **First 4-day week**.
- The US usually counts from the week holding January 1.
