To share an Outlook calendar, open the calendar, click Share, add the person, choose what they can see or edit, and click Share. They get an invitation by email and accept it to add your calendar.

## Step by step
1. Go to the calendar in Outlook.
2. Click **Share** on the toolbar and choose the calendar. In classic Outlook, it is **Share Calendar** on the Home tab.
3. Enter the name or email address of the person.
4. Choose their permission level.
5. Click **Share** (**OK** in classic Outlook).

## Good to know
- **Can view when I'm busy** shows only free and busy times.
- **Can view titles and locations** adds a little more.
- **Can view all details** shows everything.
- **Can edit** lets them change events, and **Delegate** lets them act for you too.
- A person outside Outlook may only get a read-only link.
