# How to Publish an Outlook Calendar

URL: https://gocutline.com/how-to/publish-outlook-calendar/

To publish an Outlook calendar, go to Settings, Calendar, Shared calendars, choose the calendar and permission under Publish a calendar and click Publish. You then get an HTML link to view it in a browser and an ICS link to subscribe to it.

## Step by step
1. In Outlook on the web, open **Settings**.
2. Go to **Calendar**, then **Shared calendars**.
3. Under **Publish a calendar**, choose the calendar and the permission.
4. Click **Publish**.
5. Copy the **HTML** link or the **ICS** link.

## Good to know
- An HTML link opens a read-only page in any browser.
- An ICS link lets another calendar app follow your calendar, and updates come through by themselves.
- Anyone who has the links can use them. Click **Unpublish** to stop them working.
