To see an Outlook calendar in Google Calendar, publish it from Outlook under Settings, Calendar, Shared calendars, copy the ICS link, then add it in Google Calendar under Other calendars, From URL. It is a one-way, read-only view.

## Step by step
1. In Outlook on the web, open **Settings**, then **Calendar**, then **Shared calendars**.
2. Under **Publish a calendar**, choose the calendar and how much to show, then click **Publish**.
3. Copy the **ICS** link.
4. In Google Calendar on a computer, click the plus next to **Other calendars**.
5. Choose **From URL**, paste the link and click **Add calendar**.

## Good to know
- Anyone with the link can read it, so choose **Can view when I'm busy** if you only want to block time.
- Your organization may have switched publishing off.
