To open a shared calendar in Outlook, accept the email invitation with Accept, and it appears under Shared calendars. If you have no invitation, click Add calendar and Add from directory, then search for the person in your organization.

## Step by step
1. Open the invitation email and click **Accept**.
2. Go to the calendar. It is listed under **Shared calendars**.
3. Tick it to show it.
4. Without an invitation: click **Add calendar**, then **Add from directory**, and search for the person.

## Good to know
- You see only what they have allowed.
- Show two calendars side by side, or overlay them to find a free time.
