To change the time zone in Google Calendar, open Settings, go to Time zone and pick a new primary time zone. You can also show a second zone beside it, which helps when you work with people abroad.

## Step by step
1. Open calendar.google.com on a computer and click the gear, then **Settings**.
2. Under **Time zone**, choose your **Primary time zone**.
3. To see a second one, tick **Display secondary time zone** and pick it.
4. Your calendar moves to the new times straight away.

## Good to know
- Events keep their real moment in time, so a call at 15:00 in Copenhagen shows as 09:00 if you switch to New York.
- Open an event and click **Time zone** to give it its own zone, which is handy for flights.
- On a phone, the app can follow the time zone of the device.
