# Plan your week in a sentence

URL: https://gocutline.com/help/plan-your-week-in-a-sentence/

Plan in a sentence turns one line of text into blocks in your week. Type something like "gym 3x at 7, deep work weekdays 9 to 12, read daily at 21", check the preview and add it.

## Write it the way you would say it
- **How often:** `3x`, `daily`, `weekdays`, or day names like `mon wed fri`.
- **When:** `at 7`, `at 17:30`.
- **How long:** `45 min`, `2h`.
- **Separate blocks** with a comma.

## An example
> Gym 3x at 7, deep work 3h weekdays at 9, sales calls 1h weekdays at 14, read 30 min daily at 21

## Afterwards
Every block is a normal block: drag it, change it, or delete it. Short on ideas? Start from a [weekly template](https://gocutline.com/templates/) instead.
