# Hand out your Crew seats

A Crew plan has one seat per person, from 4 seats. After you pay, the codes for the others arrive by email and are also in Settings, Crew and team. Each code works once, and whoever redeems it gets everything in Crew while your plan runs.

## Handing them out
1. Find the codes in your email, or in **Settings**, **Crew and team**.
2. Send each person one code or its link.
3. They [redeem it](https://gocutline.com/help/redeem-a-code/) once.

## When someone leaves
Take them off in **Settings**, **Crew and team**, and their seat gets a fresh code.

## On the board
Crews compete in the Arena on [crew boards](https://gocutline.com/arena/), ranked by finished hours per person, so size does not decide it.
