The website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
Offers and the pop-up in the corner are decided without storing anything: the pop-up shows on the page you arrive on, and not again while you click around.

## 02 The app (app.gocutline.com)
The app keeps these in your browser's local storage. All of them are needed for the app to work the way you asked, so they need no consent. None is shared with anyone.
