# Community Guidelines

- The Floor is for work people actually did. Post your week, not someone else's.
- Disagree with ideas, never go after people.
- No spam, scams, get-rich-quick schemes or anything illegal.

## 01 Keep it real
- Post weeks and work you did. Do not tick blocks you did not finish to look better: your record is yours, and so is your name on it.
- Do not pretend to be another person, a brand or Cutline.
- Screenshots of revenue, results or reviews must be real and yours.

## 02 Treat people well
- No harassment, threats, bullying or pile-ons.
- No hate against people for who they are: ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age.
- Do not post other people's private information: addresses, phone numbers, documents, or photos of them they did not agree to.

## 03 Not on the Floor
- Spam, repeated self-promotion, engagement bait and fake follows.
- Scams, pyramid and chain schemes, gambling, betting tips and crypto trading signals.
- Sexual content or nudity, and anything sexual involving minors, ever.
- Violence, self-harm encouragement, weapons, drugs or anything illegal where you or your readers are.
- Content you do not have the right to share.

## 04 Selling and ads
Payment links follow the same rules: no illegal goods, nothing Stripe does not allow, nothing on the list above. Ads follow the [ad rules](https://gocutline.com/advertise/#rules) and are always marked with who paid for them.

## 05 Reporting
Use Report post in a post's menu, or Report this ad on an ad. A person on the team reads every report; the author is not told who reported. For anything urgent or illegal, write to us as well.

## 06 What we do
Depending on how serious it is, we remove the post, limit the account, or close it. We tell the person what they broke and why, unless the law stops us. Think we got it wrong? Write to us and a person looks at it again.
